By downloading, accessing, or using 2ND PRIME AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

2ND PRIME AI provides general wellness and fitness guidance through AI-powered coaching, workout logging, nutrition tracking, recovery sessions, and health insights. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Wellness Disclaimer

2ND PRIME AI is for fitness and wellness tracking only and does not provide medical advice.

The app does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. AI-generated insights, meal estimates, and coaching guidance are for general fitness and wellness tracking only.

Health & Nutrition Disclaimer

2ND PRIME AI provides general wellness and fitness guidance only. It is not medical advice, not dietitian or nutritionist advice, and not a substitute for care from a physician, registered dietitian, physical therapist, or certified personal trainer.

AI and automated features — including workout suggestions, meal analysis, calorie and macro estimates, progress photo observations, and coaching cues — may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on them for medical, dietary, or safety decisions.

Stop exercising and seek appropriate care if you experience pain, dizziness, chest pain, fainting, or unusual shortness of breath. Consult a physician before starting or changing an exercise program if you have health conditions, are pregnant, or are unsure what is safe for you.

Allergies & Nutrition

Meal logging, recipe ideas, and analyzed photos are for general education and self-tracking. Calorie and macro figures are estimates only, not prescriptions. Allergy and dietary filters are best-effort and do not guarantee allergen-free meals. Always verify ingredients, packaging, and cross-contact risk yourself.

Subscriptions

Paid features are offered via auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends. Founding member and promotional pricing may change or end at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others
• Upload harmful, abusive, or infringing content

Intellectual Property

2ND PRIME AI, including its design, branding, content, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.

Changes

We may modify these Terms or the app at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
